An alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, with a Master in Social Work (specialised in Criminology and Correctional Administration) and a more recent degree in law, Cecilia’s career spans across a wide spectrum of the development sector, which includes rural and urban communities, women, children, etc. At the core of it all lies rich experience of working on Criminal Justice issues, across various states in the country, both in lead positions and independently. She continues to explore innovative, creative strategies and expand the horizons as far as prisoners and prison reforms are concerned.
